But when the incarceration of a loved one opened her eyes to a broken system designed to keep people stuck, Johnesha instead started on a personal journey to help individuals worldwide break free from the broken systems in society.She is the Founder and driving force of Eyes of the Broken, a Social Enterprise that uses a portion of its profits to promote social change and create second-chance opportunities for individuals impacted by Incarceration, Unemployment, Homelessness, and Broken Homes.
