This comprehensive immersive audio program, written and recorded by Dr. Ginandes, provides a sequence of self-hypnotic exercises carefully designed to teach you skills that may help you gain better control of your allergic responses.  Clinical research supports the idea that we can moderate overly high sensitivity to stimuli and downshift somatic reactivity to modulate histamine and intestinal hyperreactivity and various other bodily symptoms of the stress response using mind-body methods such as imagery, hypnosis, and even basic relaxation. This program contains ten powerful self-hypnotic exercises in three sequenced sessions which have been expertly crafted to help you gain better control of your own unique allergic responses. Geared to diminish symptoms such as congestion, rashes, digestive distress, as well as lessen reactivity to allergens, soothe inflammation, cultivate core equilibrium, and build immune stress-hardiness, this program is for anyone who has suffered from new or chronic allergies.   The program contains instructions on how to practice with the sequential sessions and how to pace yourself for maximum effectiveness. You will probably discover that each time you practice, you find yourself going into this healing inner state more easily and more quickly, and that soon enough you will be able to access this delightful sense of healing ease almost instantly. Your body knows so much about healing itself. Just imagine what will happen now if you give it a little extra help.
